# Откуда взялось название Gyroscope?

Что стоит за названием Gyroscope Gyroscope - это новый стейблкоин, который, подобно гироскопу из обычного мира, остаётся стабильным по мере изменения окружающей среды. Обеспечение капитала в Gyroscope действует как вращающийся диск, поддерживая целевое значение привязки курса.

Gyroscope испытывает «трение», если активы в резерве теряют ценность, а пользователи обменивают стейблкоины на лежащие в его основе резервные активы. Изымание резервов заставляет стейблкоин "шататься", подобно тому, как замедляется диск в настоящем гироскопе. Но что принципиально важно, так же как и в случае физического устройства, Gyroscope можно "раскрутить" обратно с помощью повышения доходности обеспечения и дополнительного притока средств в стейблкоин, наращивающими общий резерв.
